Delivery time
The delivery time standard is between 2 and 4 working days after receipt of confirmation and proof of payment. Orders received outside working hours shall be processed at next working day.
Form of Delivery
Translations are sent in digital format with digital signature valid for submission to the relevant agencies. If you also require a physical copy, you can notify us at the start of the work or with the digital delivery to coordinate the details.

What is the method of payment?
I request a 50% with the confirmation of the translation and a 50% together with the delivery. We accept bank transfers in Australia or Argentina. If you are in Australia or elsewhere in the world, we also accept Paypal and Wise.
How long does it take to deliver the revision / post-editing?
As soon as possible. The delivery date depends on the type of translation, the number of words or pages, among other factors. In general, we deliver within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment confirmation.
Can you check my documents URGENTLY?
Yes. We put your need at the top of the list with a additional cost of 15% of the regular fare.
Is information kept confidential?
Of course. As does a doctor or a lawyer.
