Step 1: Budget and down payment
After receiving your enquiry, we will analyse your request and send you a free quote for your approval. If you agree, we will send you the invoice for payment and confirmation of the work.
Step 2: Equipment
Upon confirmation and the first payment, we assign the team of specialised translators
in the relevant area.
Step 3: Translation and quality control
We translate, proofread and apply QA filters to ensure terminological consistency, accuracy and excellence in every project.
Step 4: Delivery and final payment
We send you the final digitally stamped documents by email for your review and coordinate postal delivery, if necessary. You can make the final payment before or immediately after delivery.

Payment platforms
Method of payment
50 % on confirmation of translation and 50% on delivery.
Delivery time
The delivery time standard is between 2 and 4 working days after receipt of confirmation and proof of payment. Orders received outside working hours shall be processed at next working day.
Form of Delivery
Translations are sent in digital format with digital signature valid for submission to the relevant agencies. If you also require a physical copy, you can notify us at the start of the work or with the digital delivery to coordinate the details.

What is the method of payment?

How long does it take to deliver the translation?

Yes. We put your need at the top of the list with a additional cost of 15 % over the price of the original quotation.
Can you send me the translation by post?
Yes, we deliver by post throughout Australia. The cost is not included in the price of the service and varies depending on your address. Please note that we always send the digital copy by email first to confirm that the information is correct.
